Issued pursuant to and for the purposes of D.Lgs. no. 24/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers violations of national or European Union legal provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the entity.
In compliance with the requirements of the new framework for the protection of whistleblowers (whistleblowing), on 11 December 2023 regarding the establishment of the internal reporting channel, the Single Administrator has decided to use an IT platform for receiving and managing alerts.
All persons identified in the standard as eligible for protection against retaliation, if they intend to issue an alert, in written, oral but also anonymous by connecting to the link podiosrl.smartleaks.
cloud that connects them directly to the computer platform through which to forward the report. If the reporting person wishes, he or she may request a direct and personal meeting with the Reporting Officer to represent his or her reporting.
Entering the computer platform, the reporter has a wizard for completing the reporting form, the presence of c.d. “drop-down menu” facilitates this compilation by providing the various possible response options.
The alert manager is required to observe the following:assess
the admissibility of the alert in terms of
meeting its essential requirements; if the alert is not adequately substantiated, ask the reporting person for additional information, using the communication channel that he indicated when completing the relevant form; Maintain the utmost confidentiality on the identity of
the reporter and
the contents of the report; within seven days of receipt, issue an acknowledgement of receipt to the informer; maintain a
dialogue
with the whistleblower; correct follow-up to the alert received; Provide confirmation to the informer.
In addition to this release, the Company makes available on its website and on the computer platform the Operational Rules for the submission of reports and the Privacy Policy, both downloadable for anyone interested.
